Policies

Shipping:

PLEASE NOTE: ALL orders are being processed as quickly as possible! Our turn around time during the months of October-January may take 1-2 weeks longer due to current back orders with our apparel Manufacturers, delays with USPS delivery and Holiday delays. We are doing our best to keep you updated and informed, for any questions please send us an email.

Items are individually made to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks to process your order plus transit time! In stock items purchased with an item that has a longer processing time will not be shipped until all items in the order become available. Some sizes may be more likely to be on back-order by the manufacturer, so it may take longer than 3-4 weeks to ship in those circumstances. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class and take approximately 2-7 business days to arrive on your doorstep. We do not accommodate for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Wrong addresses can be resent at the expense of the purchaser.

International Orders are shipped through USPS First Class. USPS can take 4-8 weeks to deliver the purchased item. We can offer a tracking number; however, once it has left the Untied States we are no longer responsible for tracking.

Cancellations/Changes:

Apparel is screen printed and made to order. Therefore, we cannot support cancellations, or changes in color or size unless we are notified within 24 hours of your purchase.

Returns and Exchanges:

All sales are final. Apparel is screen printed and made to order, therefore we cannot support returns or exchanges. Please refer to our size charts to be sure your are ordering the correct size. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help.

Warnings:

As with all products, please supervise around young children and be aware of removable pieces that present chocking hazards.

Your payment confirms agreement with all of Imago Dei Kid's policies and and confirms your order is correct.

Policies for our discounted products sold on Instagram:

All sales are final. Item discrepancies are noted on the item listing as well as the invoice you receive. Items ship within 1-2 weeks.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL APPAREL IS HANDPRINTED AND WILL HAVE SLIGHT IMPERFECTIONS, AND NO ITEM WILL BE EXACTLY ALIKE. DESIGNS WILL APPEAR SLIGHTLY SMALLER ON LARGER SHIRT SIZES AND SLIGHTLY LARGER ON SMALLER SHIRT SIZES.
